After graduating from Sankt Georg Austrian High School and Boğaziçi University with a degree in Management, I managed apparel sourcing for American sportswear brands across Turkey and Middle Eastern countries for 25 years.

In my career, I had the opportunity to visit and explore various countries, including many states in the USA, as well as China, Egypt, Jordan, Turkmenistan, Bulgaria, Romania, Syria, Pakistan, and India. This allowed me to observe and study these countries' people and cultures.

I delved into universal rituals from various sources and researched the impact of nutrition on belief systems and lifestyles.

I personally tested many cleansing programs from diverse global cultures. To further develop my interest in the holistic unity of mind, body, and soul, I earned an International Holistic Health Coaching certification in 2014 from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

During my training, I had the chance to learn numerous diet theories as well as mental management methods like NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and breathing techniques from leading experts in their fields.

In 2017, my dear friend Hülya Çavdar and I published our healthy living and recipe book, Tam30, through Doğan Novus.

With the help of all my accumulated experience, I guide my clients in developing sustainable and lasting lifestyle habits. Additionally, I continue my contributions to society through my work as a member of the working group for the Children of Our Future Foundation’s project on "The harmful effects of additives on children’s mental and emotional development."
